I am writing about my experience with Zales Snow Management Services, part of the Landscaping business.

I live in an extremely large Condominium Complex with close to 200 Townhouse units across miles of roadways and almost double that in intertwining sidewalks (front and back), and if that isn’t enough to contend with, we do not have garages, therefore cars are parked in the very areas that need to be cleared of snow! The stage is set, I hope all that read this can appreciate the scope of work to remove snow from these roadways and sidewalks to include the walkways leading up to each unit on both sides, front and back. This is one hard working group; I hear these guys shoveling the back and front sidewalks and walkways as early as 3 am when necessary, just to be sure that we have safe clearance. Then the plowing must start with maneuvering through clear areas and areas where someone decided not to move their car for whatever reason.

I have seen a gentleman drive a large plow with such ease, he makes it look like a well-orchestrated ballet … and this is a big piece of machinery! I wanted them and the public to know that this is a well-run group; finding labor today is challenging work, finding labor to do arduous work is impossible.

This winter has been brutal of late, relentless for those who do this type of work. I know that folks will complain that it is not done early enough, fast enough, not to their liking, simply because they either do not realize what is happening outside of their personal space or just complain because that is what gives them purpose in life. But I will tell you, from what I have experienced in the real world, this is not a task for the faint of heart and while I believe I have a good work ethic, I can honestly say that I couldn’t do what this team does.

Kudos to Zales and the staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication to servicing our property, I for one am glad to have you!
